This annual celebration takes place on the Avenue (W. 36th Street between Falls and Chestnut Streets) this Saturday, June 8 from 11am to 10pm and Sunday, June 9 from noon to 6pm. There will be live entertainment, the Lil Miss Hon Contest, food and more!
According to good ol’ Wikipedia, “The festival began in 1994 as a local celebration of the Bawlmerese lifestyle and stereotype and since then has become one of the most visited festivals in Baltimore.”
This year there is a new parking location. Tons of parking at the Johns Hopkins at Keswick garage on 41st Street and Keswick! Just $5 to park all day and an easy 3 minute walk to the Avenue.
